Nice pics. Stay away from any "ground up" rock vitamin. ALL of them are 20 to 69% garbage. Centrum to Wlagreens t GNC...they are all crap and made with the very Basest of ingredients, just enough to be called a "vitamin" and your body will not breakdown nor assimilate the metalic minerals that are contained in them. I suggest that you get a liquid or a sublingual.
